At The Botanics Shop at RBGE, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged, preferably in the original shipping box with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Edinburgh warehouse and drop it off at your nearest postal service provider.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned botanical goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
